By commissioning AstonishMe to create a custom portrait of your pet(s), you under and agree to the terms below:

Artwork Revision
I am only able to make small revision to the portrait once completed and gladly offer (1) complimentary round of revisions. Additional revision will incur an additional charge. Please note that I illustrate based on the photo provided and if you change your mind on the pose after I have already done the drawing, I will request extra payment to start from scratch.

Artwork Printing
Actual product colours may vary from colours shown on your monitor. Colour may turn out slightly darker or lighter and sometimes fine details of the illustration may not be seen due to the nature of the material texture. 

Cancellation
If customer is not happy or wish to cancel on completion of the portrait, I have all rights to retain 100% of the final payment total.

Return Policy
Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on Custom Pet Portraits.

Copyrights
Artwork refers to, but is not limited to, any image, file, physical painting or design produced by the Artist or AstonishMe. If you provided the photo that your artwork was based on, you acknowledge you have the rights to grant the Artist use of that photo as a reference for the artwork.

The artwork supplied to you, may be used for private and personal use only.

When commissioned artwork is complete it is displayed in our gallery and social media. Customers who do not wish their commissioned artwork to be shown must notify us when ordering.

You must credit the Artist when sharing the artwork on social media using any of these references:

I put a lot of time and effort into my pet portrait, you must please treat them with respect. Do not claim the artwork as your own, do not modify, customise or change the artwork in any way and do not make any form of profit off of the artwork. 

Purchase of product does not transfer rights. Copyright of designs remains with the artist and AstonishMe. 

The artwork may not be reproduced in any manner without a written and signed agreement by the Artist. Under no circumstance is it permitted to use the artwork for commercial purposes.
