What are the shipping times and rates?
All my products are thoughtfully designed and created from my home studio based in Singapore. Most of the products are printed and shipped from United States and occasionally in Europe.  

Products that are exclusively for Singapore customers are made and shipped from Singapore.

Shipping prices are at flat fee per order:
United States and Singapore: SGD$6
Rest of the world: SGD$12

Free Shipping to United States & Singapore for orders over SGD$100.

Delivery Estimates:
US Orders: 2-3 weeks production time, 3-7 business days delivery time. I estimate a 3-5 week turnaround time in total, but orders sometimes arrive sooner.

Singapore & International Orders: 2-3 weeks production time, 10 to 20 business days shipping time. I estimate a 4-6 weeks turnaround time in total.

You'll receive an email containing your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

Please allow a slightly longer delivery time for international orders outside of the United States, to account for import and customs checks etc.

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?
Usually yes, you will receive all items in one parcel. Sometimes one piece of art is completed a day or two before the other in the order. In these cases I may ship out the completed artwork in one parcel and then send the other once it's ready.

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes you will get a tracking number. I pride myself on outstanding customer support and total transparency about your order status. I’ll email you your tracking number as soon as it's available.

Note that you will receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in multiple parcels.

If over 3 weeks have passed and you do not have a tracking number, please email me.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, AstonishMe ships unique pet art to proud pet owners all over the world! No matter where you are, I can create something incredibly special for you.

My order was returned to sender, now what?
Your order was either shipped to an incorrect address or the delivery driver has attempted delivery multiple times but has been unsuccessful, and could not find a safe place on the property to leave the parcel.

When a parcel is returned to sender, I can ship it back out to you. To do this, I must charge a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping fee you paid when you placed your order. It's also a good idea to double-check your shipping address.

Please note that I cannot offer a refund on the original order if it is returned to sender. Nor can we refund re-shipping fees if the parcel is returned to sender repeatedly.
