Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for tracking data to be available.
The Estimated Processing Times for the various categories are as follows:
• Ready Stock Products:1-3 working days
• Handmade/Made to Order Products/Consignment items: 3-5 working days
• Preorders or custom orders: 7-14 days or longer depending on the numbers of commission ahead of you.
Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and posted to you. If we are unable to process your order within five days of receiving payment we will contact you via email to make alternative arrangements.
We ship using Singpost or Ta-q-bin registered mail and all processed orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Note: Delivery Times provided are estimates. It might take longer during festive season.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), kindly drop us an email with your personal details and the relevant details including your Date of Purchase, Order ID, Product Name and SKU etc. Also include the reason as to why you want to return/exchange that particular item(s) and what you wish for us to do for you.
For your Returns to be valid:
• please email us within 3 days with your Date of Purchase, Order ID, Product Name and SKU upon receiving the parcel.
• returned item(s) must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
• it has to be mailed back within 10 working days from the date parcel was delivered.
• please retain a proof of postage with receipt, until we have confirmed your returns/exchange has been processed.
Note: No exchanges or refunds given on sale items or when using a discount code.
Please allow for 3 working days from the time you sent an email to us regarding an exchange/refund for us to process your request(s). We will notify you via email once your request has been processed.
Customers are required to cover the costs of all return postage. Please ensure that the item(s) to be returned/exchanged are sent using trackable and insured service as we will not be responsible for any item(s) damaged or lost during the return transit.
In the case of an exchange, customers are also required to pay shipping fee based on the Local (Singapore) Shipping Rate table shown above, for the new item(s) to be transported back to you. Please note that we will only send out the item(s) after the shipping fee has been paid in full.
